We possess our own fully integrated manufacturing unit built in an area of 15000 sq feet that has in house capability of experimenting, quality testing, developing and packaging facility. Backed by advanced equipment and technology, our production unit has substantial capacity to meet the bulk orders on time. The regular maintenance and smooth production processes help us in fast completion of our projects.

Over the years, we have been consistent in quality and this has been an important reason behind our success as a manufacturer. Laying high emphasis on the aspects of quality and purity, we have a proper quality management procedure. We are supported with our quality testing unit and a pool of quality inspectors.

At Kwality Colours, we ensure that only high quality resins dyes solvents are used in the production process. All our raw material are sourced from our vendors from India. Different kinds of chemical tests are carried out to ensure that all our products are superior in quality, skin friendly, harmless for fabrics and for the level of water solubility.

We are empowered with a team of experts who have complete knowledge about the different kinds of dyes, colors and pigments. We are supported by 5 management personnel, 20 skilled and semi skilled personnel, 1 quality checker and two R & D experts. We also have our representatives in in our branches in Mumbai and Rajasthan. They are all geared to meet the challenges of the industry.

Built in a large area, our storage unit is capable of 15 tons capacity. Fitted with temperature controllers, this unit is also regularly cleaned. A proper stock inventory management is carried out that helps in keeping a complete track record of the amount of products in store and delivered. We always keep ample stock of all our products in our warehouse to meet the sudden demand of the clients. Our warehouse is segregated into various units to store our dyes & pigment and colors categorically.

Satisfying the varied requirements of the clients, we also stand by their expectations on terms of superior packaging of our products. We offer our range of dyes, chemicals and colors in packing of different sizes. We have a well equipped packaging unit that has latest machines to provide better packaging.

We offer our pigments and dyes in air tight poly packs. This packaging helps in avoiding moisture content from entering the packaging. These packs are then stored in sealed cartons that helps in preventing any damage during transportation.
